Bookings are non-refundable. However, if you need to change your booking with more than 48 hours notice you may use your credit for another session. If you need to cancel within 48 hours you can give your session to a friend - just send us an email to let us know.
If you need to postpone, click ‘change appointment’ at the bottom of your confirmation email and select a new day/time.

We’d love for your family pup to join us in studio! We ask that you bring their lead with you too please. You will be in charge of managing them on the day and ensuring they’re behaving as needed during your time slot.

Wear an outfit you love and feel comfortable in. It looks nice when the family is colour coordinated (just subtly). Neutral colours work well and avoid anything too bright or printed.

The session is 15 minutes. We ask that you come prepared: ensure you’re wearing what you will for the shoot, babies/toddlers fed to make it as easy as possible for them to enjoy the session. There is a playground right next door that a lot of our regular clients use prior to the shoot for something fun for the kids to do too!

You will receive your gallery of photos (via an emailed link) within 3 weeks of the shoot date.
